Google Calendar Instructions

The Google calendars of other people/organisations can be added to your personal calendar on your phone/tablet.
This allows you to see multiple calendars in one. Useful for sharing the family's planning with your partner,
or... viewing the Fleurieu Branch event schedule on your phone.

So you can either add the calendar to your phone (and/or tablet), or you can view it on a web page.

To view the Event schedule on your phone/tablet, read on...

1. You don't use already use Google Calendar, and don't have a Google account.
   Either use the web view (link above), or...
   • Create a Google account for yourself (free) at google.com.
   • From your PC browser, click on this link. It will add the Fleurieu Branch calendar to your calendar list.
   • On your phone, install the Google Calendar app from Play Store or iTunes Store.
     (This won't affect any current calendar you use on your phone.)
   • Run the Google Calendar app on your phone.
   • Go to step 3 below.


2. You already use Google Calendar, either on an Android phone, or an iPhone.
   
   • From your PC browser, click on this link. It will add the Fleurieu Branch calendar to your calendar list.
   • On your phone/tablet, run the calendar app you normally use, eg S Planner or (Google) Calendar.
   • Go to step 3 below.


3. To get the Event calendar showing on your phone...
   • Viewing the Google Calendar app, click on the 'hamburger' menu icon at top left.
   • Look down the list of items for the Ulysses Fleurieu calendar. If it doesn't appear, try clicking on 'More'.
   • Check that item.
   • Click on 'Settings' at the bottom, click on Ulysses Fleurieu, make sure 'Sync' is on for it. Change colours if you want.
   • Note: For S Planner (on a Samsung phone), the menu icon is the dots at top right. Then click on 'Calendars'.
     But make sure you've added the Ulysses Fleurieu calendar in the Google calendar app first, else it won't appear in the Samsung calendar app.
